I have asked President-Elect John to prepare the agenda for the June 10 board meeting. I don’t plan on taking up any items of business other than his agenda. I will just be presiding.
The timing of serving lunch has created problems for the speaker program, so I am proposing we simply set aside 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM for ordering lunch, the pledge, happy/sads, fellowship, eating, etc., and then move to the speaker program at 1:00 PM sharp. What do the club’s present & future members think of this schedule?
